London-based trio Girl Ray offers us the ultimate song to chill as we try to get over our crush with new track/video titled “Girl.” The video, directed by Crusoe Weston, takes us on a road trip to the British coastlines in a classic convertible that lets us soak on the wind, female camaraderie, and summer euphoria vicariously. The song, on the other hand, offers solace to our failed romance that met a tragic ending of Netflix and chill. Solo. Enjoy:

“Well what’s it about? An intense crush where you lose all reasonable brain thoughts and can’t conceive why the hell things shouldn’t work out in rom-com style perfection. This one is for you to roll the windows down to on those hot hot hot summer days. Blast it loud blast it proud,” shared the trio.
