Built on broody, minimalistic riffs, Victor Solf’s latest single “Hero” explores the notion of being a modern hero and not hiding behind a mask. The lyrics also capture the ups and downs that happen behind the hero role – “Oh I fall then I rise / Oh I live but I die.” It’s dark and ruminative where Victor’s vocals soars over the tense melody:

“‘Hero’ is about my duty to wear a mask for a long period of time, a stage costume. I had to display myself more” he shared.

The track is from Victor’s upcoming solo EP Aftermath, which will be out on January 31st.
