Bad Sounds Breaks The Social Mirror In “Permanent”

Still from Bad Sounds – Permanent YouTube

UK act Bad Sounds is back with another single “Permanent” where they reflect on the value of self-acceptance. Taken from their latest EP Escaping From A Violent Time Vol.1, which is out now, “Permanent” is built on razor percussions and swirling synths that takes us into the throes of our desire to be who we are rather than just mirror other people. Hit play:

“It’s primarily about acceptance- learning how to accept your own shortcomings, and your own personality. Sometimes I feel like I just mirror the people around me in social situations, and started to worry that I didn’t even really have a personality of my own.”

Bad Sounds will be playing across the UK in May, so don’t miss them:

Tue 12 May- Lafayette, London
