UK quartet Weird Milk injects us with the confusion and sweet relief that comes with leaving a bitter relationship in new single “Is That Love?” Built on syncopated rhythms and gliding strings, “Is That Love?” channels a chromatic simplicity that has its own sass to it. Although it’s a breakup song, “Is That Love?” is also a celebratory track of newfound freedom:

“The song itself is about a relationship turning sour as a lemon and the main character realising that they don’t need it anymore and they’ll be better off on their own” explained songwriter/drummer Charlie Glover-Wright.
