Detroit pop duo JR JR gives a groovy torch to the next generation of young innovators, Internet breakers, and mavericks in new video “Good Old Days.” It’s a folk-tinted anthem that radiates a 60s pop glow with its poetic punchy melodies. If this song makes you feel optimistic and limitless, then this is for you. But if it makes you feel nostalgic, you’re old:

“This one is about our desire to welcome and encourage the next generation, because most generations end up holding onto their control for far too long. It’s inspiring for us to see young people who are doing their best to make impactful and necessary change,” shared Josh Epstein.

The track is from their upcoming EP August And Everything Prior, which will be out on May 1st. The duo will also kick off tour that month:
