LA-based sibling duo Cones (Jonathan and Michael Rosen) invites us into a ruminative soundscape to spend time dissecting our thoughts (or take a break from them) with their latest single “Outside.” Along with the track, the duo has also shared an interactive, 360° VR music video that features the coding and design by Michael and illustrations by Jonathan. Let’s dive in:
“Creating the video for ‘Outside’ was an exercise in escapism. We wanted to construct an absurd and colorful dream world that we could visit any time while stuck in our homes,” the duo shared.
“Outside” is the follow up of their latest record Pictures of Pictures and it is also their first new music of 2020. Stay tuned for more news from the duo.
