The video, directed by Paul Capra, features Sarah in a dreamy and mystic place as she tries to find clarity with her own emotions. Watch below:
On the influence behind her single, the gal shared: “I’ve always felt like a person who has a lot of feelings, a lot of the time and that kind of emotional whiplash can be pretty overwhelming. I got to the point where I was just like, why am I like this? Why does everything feel so intense all the time?”
