LA-based artist Kidgloves recruits Emily Brimlow in his new single “Satellite,” a simple soundscape blooming with acoustic touch that channels a chill buoyancy. Kidgloves smooth vocals weaved with Brimlow’s silvery voice hit our nostalgia buttons as the duo ruminate on the past. There is a longing for the simplicity of youth through mature, reflective lens that makes “Satellite” a track we can find comfort in:

Cody Aleida is the mastermind behind Kidgloves who has been making and performing music at an early age. He joined the youth symphony orchestra at the age of 11 and started playing bass at the age of 12.  In mid 2010s, he worked as session musician in Columbus before moving to New York. After spending a few years playing at local NY scene, he decided to move to LA where he began writing and producing in the local scene. He’ll be sharing more music soon, so stay tuned.
