Hailing from Calgary, Alberta, FAANGS is slaughtering the pop sphere with her debut single “HUH.” It has the core elements of an upbeat pop song, but slashed with therapeutic aggression and edgy swagger that channel the gal’s personality. “The FAANGS vibe is so big, so much to swallow at one time, that I needed something that kicked in the door. That song is just me genuinely out here, trying to be myself. It’s a light on how the world is about to be in for a lot of personality,” shared the gal. Hit play:

Charlie Storwick is the mastermind behind FAANGS who has been working in the music and acting industry since the age of 12 working 18 or more hours per day for six days a week. Looking back on it, the gal reflects: “It gave me the hunger, but I was so naïve about putting my soul on the line and letting people take advantage of me. You can lose sense of what real life is, and you see that not everyone has the best intentions. But I lived so much life in such a short amount of time, and now I have so much to talk about.”

With FAANGS, Storwick is planning to showcase her own creativity and persona that are largely inspired by trap and rock. “The project is maybe a bit dark, but it hits so hard and the beat makes you move – it’s full of rage, but you can also bop to it in a car. Maybe that’s just me…full of rage but always wanting to bop.”
