Phantom Wave announce Debut LP & Drop “Billows”

Comprised of Ian Carpenter (guitar, vocals) and Rachel Fischer (drums), Phantom Wave are a Brooklyn duo who craft shoegaze and dream pop for the modern existentialist. Since forming in 2017, the duo has been gracing the venues across the NYC area but had to stop once the pandemic hit. They’ve been spending this past year recording their first LP Wilds, which they’ll be sharing on March 19^th.
