Swedish artist Love Truls gives us the perfect excuse to procrastinate and start the weekend off with his latest single “Trembling Hands” ft. Siri Gunrup Järvinen. Sprayed with the gauzy shades of shoegaze, “Trembling Hands” is a lo-fi pop piece where the sizzling percussions paired with the hazy vocals invite you to indulge in your own imagination. There is no specific interpretation of the song – it is meaning-fluid and you can take it wherever you want:
In his own words, “‘Trembling Hands’ was one of the first songs that I made and actually finished. I usually like to leave my songs open to interpretation as they can mean something different for everyone, but for me, ‘Trembling Hands’ is about new love and new intimacy.”
The track is from his upcoming debut EP, which will bet on June 4th.
