Fuzzy Sun’s New Video “Morning Light” Is A Scribbling Art Masterpiece
UK band Fuzzy Sun is back with a new video for “Morning Light,” an animated masterpiece drawn by frontman Kyle Ross. The video is in stop-motion and captures the loneliness that comes with feeling lost. From childlike doodles to Picasso-level abstraction, “Morning Light” is a playfully haunting visual that makes you feel like you’re inside the headspace of either a child or art genius…depending on your mood:
“Throughout the production of this EP I was doing a lot of painting and drawing alongside the writing of the songs, so a lot of the art work I was creating became heavily tied into the same feelings that are embedded in the EP,” explained Kyle. “We’ve always wanted an animated visual, so I decided I would try and take some of those pieces and turn them into a stop-motion video. It’s a nice symbiotic relationship between the visuals and music as they are all coming from a very specific place and emotion.”
“Morning Light” is from their upcoming EP Since The Dog Died, which will be out on November 23rd. They’ll be on tour this December:
