From drugs to heartbreak, Snøw’s latest single “Helpless” offers a sonic haven to those who are desperate to remedy a broken heart. While drugs offer temporary relief, Snøw highlights the fact that they only offer temporary distractions and not necessarily fix the pain. It’s a breezy lo-fi anthem filled with emotionally dense lyrics as he changes, “weeds and perks they don’t help at all with the coping.” Check it out:

According to him, “This song is about being honest with yourself by acknowledging that using substances to fix a broken heart doesn’t actually help. It’s about feeling helpless because not even drugs are making you feel better about the situation. It’s also about coming to terms with the fact that sometimes the other person moves on before you.”

The track is from his upcoming debut album I Smoke To Cope, which will be out next Friday, March 25th. He has shows coming up.
